It's not every day when we find an apartment with an interior design that looked great a decade ago and will look just as beautiful in another 10 years from now. More often than not, trends come and go, so if you want something that will last, it's a good idea to go back to the classics. The key to a timelessly elegant interior is simplicity and just the right amount of exuberance.

Our home today perfectly exemplifies a home with an elegance to last for generations to come. The interior architects at Natalia Solo Design have blended classic styling elements with a touch of modernity. So let's begin the tour and you can see the sophisticated and extravagant nature of this home for yourself!

Peaceful living room

Before we get into all of the extravagant details, let's just look at how simply this area is decorated. Two sofas and a glass coffee table comprise the living room, while a small dining room table with six comfy chairs occupy the eating area in the rear.

This simplicity was influenced by modern design, but it's the colours and accents where we find our luxury. The blue and purple hues used in the furnishings and wall colour remind us of royalty, and those curious chandeliers do nothing but intensify that feeling. With simple outfitting and a versatile colour palette, this home is sure to meet the style demands of the coming century.

Authoritative kitchen

In the kitchen, we still have a classic design, but we get a greater sense of authority with dark brown as the predominant color. Using tile on the floor in a lighter tone was a good decision for balance of colour and lighting, and it was also a practical solution.

We also have an equally stunning chandelier in the kitchen to match with those in the living and dining rooms.

A bold bedroom

Navy blue walls, a king-sized bed with a maroon and neutral bedspread, large windows, and a few decorative pieces make up this bedroom.

This room shows us just as much elegance as the others with simple styling and cool neutral colours. Everything, from the glass chandelier near the balcony to the small nightstand by the bed, expresses luxury and comfort.

The den

The wall in this den is another interesting treat these interior architects gave us. A complex and multicoloured flower mural gives this room character and not only provides a serene backdrop for your working hours but also inspires creativity when painting something of your own during leisure time.

Before we go…

We are leaving you with the awe-inspiring seascape just outside those balcony doors. Nothing inspires quite like nature, and the solitary green tree outside provides just enough of a nice bright pop of colour to match the interior forest green walls and to get those creative juices flowing.

If you enjoyed this home's style, then you might also like this classical and well-appointed family home!
