The modern interiors of this villa were done by TD Studio, a team of Interior Designers & Decorators in Chennai. The lavish home uses a subtle colour palette and modern furniture. The design complements many of today’s trends, making it a beautiful space for living. The designers have also added splashes of colour here and there to liven up the space. So, let’s start our tour.

The living room

The living room is the first room we see when we enter the home. The colour palette is easy on the eyes as the neutral tones don’t overwhelm the senses. The open layout presents a spacious room filled with eye-catching décor pieces.

A bit of colour

This pillar is a great example of how the designers have incorporated a few different colours into the beige-brown-white colour scheme. The pillar, which is coated with texture paint, is almost like a piece of modern art, and its beauty is enhanced by the lovely photos hanging on it.

Cosy living room

The designers have opted for leather sofas to keep the décor elegant and stylish. The rug in the centre and the modern glass-and-wood centre table look perfect with the beige sofas. Right behind the sofa, we see a gorgeous wall with colour brought in using texture paint.

The entrance

A small entrance passage leads from the main door to the living area. It is interesting to see how such a short space has been designed to look elegant and complement the rest of the home. The first thing we notice is the beautiful turquoise wall with a gilded mirror on it. The stylish effect is further amplified by the tiered cabinets for storage and seating.

The children's bedroom

This double bedroom has a set of twin beds adjacent to each other. A night table is placed between the beds to keep a reading lamp. One of the walls has a large forest mural with multiple colours, which brighten up the room. A colourful curtain covers the large window behind the bed.

The master bedroom

The master bedroom features dark hues that lend it a cosy vibe. The elegant wooden flooring is quite a visual treat. The wall behind the bed head is decorated with wooden planks and has small spotlights that highlight the accessories placed on it. The wood laminate on the wardrobe matches the colour scheme perfectly.

Harmony with colours

This bedroom has quite a unique combination of colours. The shades of blue, interspersed with a light coffee tone creates an exotic combination. The shiny laminate used in the furniture matches quite well with the darker blue furniture in the room. The divan-style seating arrangement near the window is a smart solution for television viewing.

Another glimpse

This bedroom is perhaps the largest of all the rooms, simply because of the sheer amount of space used to create an entertainment zone within the room. The use of blue in the ceiling and décor is a bold move, which pays off as it gives the room a unique identity. The rest of the room has wooden furniture, which adds an elegant and stylish look.
