I've used Trafford surveyors 3 times for both homebuyers and full building surveys. I trust them completely. They get into the property to get the survey done as quickly as possible to not hold up the process. They listen to your concerns and points you'd like them to look at and feed back. My most recent experience with Neil was fantastic. I was on high alert as the property needed completely modernising. Neil called me and ran through any issues and provided me with a detailed report and a lot of supporting photographic evidence. I have no link to anybody at the business and I can safely say I will continue to use Trafford Surveyors for future purchases. Thanks.

I used Trafford surveyors. They really tried to fit with my time scale and then wrote a comprehensive report for me. I had some worries and queries following the report and they were really helpful on the phone.
