Beware of Unprofessionalism - Nightmare Experience We hired Form & Function, particularly Sudesh, for an interior decoration, and the experience was nothing short of a nightmare. Initially, Sudesh presented herself as friendly and even attended my mom's 60th birthday, creating a positive impression. However, things took a sharp turn for the worse once we paid the advance. From the very next day, Sudesh stopped answering our calls, and we were informed that she doesn't communicate directly with clients once the project starts. The project budget was discussed, with Sudesh including only her margins as she owns a furniture store where we were supposed to select items. To our dismay, the furniture options presented were way over the agreed budget. When questioned, Sudesh insisted they were the only options, essentially pushing us to increase our budget. Refusing to be cornered, we opted to buy furniture elsewhere. This decision angered Sudesh, prompting her to issue a new estimate with a budget and a 20% fee for her services. Feeling blackmailed and left with no alternative, we reluctantly accepted negotiating to a 10%, having already paid a substantial amount. As the project progressed, the situation only deteriorated. Sudesh demanded money every weekend and halted work for the slightest delays. Despite paying a significant sum, the work was far from complete. Sudesh eventually demanded entire payment before finishing the project, and took a total of 7 months to finish yet incomplete. She left the whatsapp group that was created & blocked our number. To add to the frustration, it became apparent that Sudesh lacks originality in her designs. Instead of offering unique ideas, she continuously sought inspiration from Pinterest references, raising doubts about her creativity and expertise. Working with Form & Function, particularly Sudesh, was an absolute nightmare. Her unprofessionalism, lack of transparency, manipulative tactics, and apparent lack of original design creativity are a perfect example of how a seemingly friendly face can turn into a nightmare. Beware before considering their services.
