I have had a terrible experience ordering with this business. The information was not correctly articulated on the website, and when the product that arrived was not as expected, the owner told me "that I should have called first to discuss the order" Quite ridiculous when it is an online store - imagine if every store you bought something online from asked you to call in advance to double check your order? I don't work in the fabric trade, but the website is customer facing and doesn't have any indication it is solely for trade purposes. Therefore, it should use customer friendly language to explicitly detail how the fabric should be ordered if there is "trade standard measurements" that customers should know about. The team have not responded to my communication since this phone call and I have wasted my money and time dealing with them. Wouldn't recommend.
