In 2010-2011, subcontractor for Trigone Habitations on site in Longueuil. Today I have to undo part of the finish on the stairs. Debris left on the stairs, saw blades present en masse, imagine the damage. In addition, never adjusted creaking steps. Avoid as a contractor. Bravo to see the quality of the work after opening the walls 11 years later!

Excellent service although I sometimes had small delays in replying to the email I had sent. Good advice, excellent quality. And the installer also to be greatly appreciated. Good after-sales service for the return of hardware and ultimately unused wood.
They took the care needed to provide a good result for our home.
Disappointing experience. I asked for a quote using their online form and got a quick answer. They wanted pictures and plans so I sent them immediately. I got no reply. I called and left a phone message with Annique Reimann, no reply. I wrote again a week later, still nothing.

Great experience with Centre de l'esclaier. The design came out exactly how I wanted. The entire team from sales, to installation and post purchase support was perfect! I had asked for a considerable adjustment on one of the steps and it was done very well. The price was also very competitive!
