Marco Zorzanello was born in Vicenza in December 1979 and got his degree at the faculty of Literature and Philosophy of the Cà Foscari University in Venice, with a specialisation for Reportage photography at the John Kaverdash Institute in Milan.

Among his main collaborations, the Italian magazine “Io Donna” published his works about a school built by the NGO Vento di Terra for a Bedouin community in the Palestinian desert, then he has collaborated with ANSA.it, with the newspapers l’Unità and Il Manifesto and with the magazines TerraSanta and Terredimezzo. As an architecture photographer, he works and publishes his photos with Domus, Casabella and Architetti Italiani, for the science section of the publishing house UTET. Other projects have been published online, on the international photography magazine PRIVATE Photoreview and on Domus Web. By appointment of the firm of architects ViTre he documented for architect Elisa Dalla Vecchia the project for the new office of Sisma, which was awarded an honourable mention at the Foundation Renzo Piano Award 2013 for young Italian architects. For the firm Negri & Fauro he photographed the projects of the former jute factory in Piazzola sul Brenta and the Casa Gastaldello in Cittadella, projects which received public recognition for two subsequent editions of the biennial Architecture award Barbara Capocchin. In 2010 he opened his first personal exhibition, Water Is, in the space ViArt in Vicenza. With the collective caalma.org he exhibited works at the Lamec in the Vicenza Basilica Palladiana during the project “Idrica-acqua underground”, shortlisted for the competition Pure Water ACEA 2010 in Rome.
