Above all else, the owners wanted a loft-like space where they could revel in the ever-changing landscape overlooking Edmonton’s Mill Creek Ravine. A place they would always want to be. A space for all seasons, whether hanging out, dining, entertaining, cooking, reading or working.
Open-plan from the back to the front end of the house, many of the split-level floors are organized and accessed by a central shafted stairwell. Several intimate and extroverted outdoor spaces complement the indoor spaces. The rooftop patio overlooking the trees, gives the whole house a feeling of living in a downtown park.
